Terms and Conditions iHospital
iHospital is the product and tool that is used by iHospital LLC , with the right to issue new legal relationships which will give it a legal right to represent any other company of which it provides representation services to , it is also an Agent of Madfooatkom entity . Our company has specific Terms of use with both the customers and the agent as follows :
First: . Our relationship with the Agents
1. The agent is the person and/or entity that wishes to provide the services that is provided by us for the customers through ( iHospital App) . We have the right to open an account for the agent under the rules and conditions set herein and/or set in any other company we represent and/or set directly through the iHospital app to provide any service it develops or wishes to present.2. The Agent will receive an email post agreeing to the rules and conditions to assure his electronic signature to the terms and condition and authorises the company to add and amend to it from time to time, therefore and by receiving any amendments , the agent must report to us any objections ( if any) thereto, and in case the agent uses the service/s after the amendments it will be considered a consent to the amendments and shall abide by it.
3. Post the Email mentioned in the above paragraph , the agent will be authorised to enter an agent's account and to provide the service/s as follows:
3/a. The Agent shall respond to the application requests where it
chooses the agent according to the GPS algorithms on a closest to customer to serve basis.
3/b. The Agent shall preserve and keep a certain acceptable cash
availability with him/her which will enable him to provide the service to the customer. If the Agent
gets a service request from a customer according the algorithms above and the agent did not posses
enough cash that enables him/her to provide the service , the agent must contact iHospital
operation
team and it shall provide the suitable solution thereto. In all cases the agent does not have the
right
to reject a requested service , should he/she do so they will be under penalty of blocking them from
the
service.
3/c. The agent shall provide the customer with a receipt , showing the amount paid on behalf
of the customer and the party the amount was paid to.
3/d. The agent shall ensure that the customer received an electronic confirmation of his/her
payment.
3/e. After the whole operation of the payment is done , the agent shall be entitled to the
fees agreed to in percentage form between the agent and the company. Such percentage shall apply to
each payment operation completed. The company has the right to set limits for the minimum and
maximum payment operations for each day to each agent , and has the right to sum up the total fees
collected for the agent and to be paid as it sees fit (daily , weekly, monthly or periodically ).
3/f. The agent shall settle his/her account on daily basis with the company through
depositing payments received from customers in the company's account without deducting his/her fees,
and the company has the right to pay his fees either daily or weekly or monthly or periodically for
auditing purposes.
Through our obligation to preserve our image and the agents' image since we will be representing other companies , we and our agents will abide by the following rules:
Second : Operational Journals
a. The Agent shall behave in a gentleman manner without using foul, inappropriate or unacceptable language with all related personnel and customers, in a way to preserve the company's image.b. The Agent shall maintain body and ordure hygiene and wear clean clothes and shall appear before customers with a presentable manner.
c. The Agent shall not share any religious , political and personal conversation while communicating with the customers .
d. The Agent shall not infringe contempt household and/or personal space and privacy of homes through opening a dialogue , questioning and any side talks with the family members of the customer .
e. Agent shall not argue with the customer in any subject connected to work or any other subject. Should the customer scream and argue for any reason the Agent shall reply in a manner as he/she was trained.
f. In case of any complaint by the agent against the customer, the agent shall apply through the company first.
g. Agent shall comply with the code of conduct of the company in addition to what has been mentioned in this articles.
The company has the right periodically and from time to time to undertake a workshop to train the agents regarding any service it provides to the customers and will explain the terms and use and conditions.
Third : Our relationship with the User
The User is every person and/or entity that wishes to benefit from the services provided by our company to the users through the application (RunnerPay), and the user has the right to open a personal account and according to the provisions contained in these conditions with this application (iHospital) and/or any other company that we represent General terms for both Agents and Users 1. These terms and conditions are all the terms and it is considered part of the agreement between the agent and the company.2. Company has the right to unlist the agent's account in the application without providing a purpose.
3. Company has the right to make any changes and/or amendments as it sees fit to the agent's authority and access rights.
4. All information provided by the agent shall be authentic and true.
5. Both Agents and Users shall authenticate identity of each other through the services provided in the application.
Fourth :Application use terms :
By accessing or using this Product in any way, you agree to and are bound by, the terms and conditions set forth in this document and to any changes that iHospital LLC may publish at a later date (collectively, the "Terms of Use"). Product refers to any product developed and /or managed by ZKF smart Apps LLC We will announce any such changes on the homepage of our website, and within our Product, a few days before they go into effect. If you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions contained in the Terms of Use, do not access or use this Product. We may change these Terms of Use and other guidelines and rules posted on the Product from time to time. by continuing access or use of the Product you declare acceptance of such changes. Your access and use of the Product will be subject to the current version of the Terms of Use, rules and guidelines posted on the Product at the time of such use. If you breach any of the Terms of Use, your license to access or use this Product shall automatically terminate.Fifth: Return/Refund Policy:
Both the Client and we have the right to terminate any Services Agreement for any reason, including the ending of services that are already underway. All monies and/or credits that are under agents possession and an accounting exercise shall be made to determine the credit and debt to the agent's payment undertook operations and where a Service is deemed to have begun and is, for all intents and purposes, underway. These terms and conditions form part of the Agreement between the Client and the Company. Your access to this Product indicates your understanding, agreement to, and acceptance of the Disclaimer Notice and the full terms and conditions contained herein. Your statutory Consumer Rights are unaffected.Sixth: Information preservation ( security) Whether you are a user or an agent
We will undertake the necessary and appropriate measures to ensure the security of your account and the confidentiality of your information to protect them from any unauthorized use. In addition to the strict security measures for our internet and payment services, you have a critical role to play in protecting the privacy of your account and information. So, we would like to draw your attention to the following tips to protect yourself from cybercrimes: 1. We will never ask you for your account information by any communication method except through the application.2. In case you received a suspicious email or SMS asking you for your personal details or account information, do not reply or click on any link and report it directly to us
3. Use your personal computer/phone to access the service and avoid using public computers or connecting to public wireless connection
4. Ensuring that the customer has obtained a payment (receipt) message, stating the process that the second party performed on behalf of the customer.
To protect your account and identity:
1. Password considered the primary key to log to your account. Therefore, select a complex password that is difficult for others to guess.2. Use letters, numbers and special characters [such as !,@, #,$, %, ^, &,* (, )] when selecting your password
3. Please change your password periodically and avoid using old passwords.
4. Never share/ disclose your login name and password with others.
5. Always ensure to log out from your account and never leave the PC unattended when logged on.
6. Never disclose your personal or payment information, SMS OTP’s, banking information to unknown persons, even if they claim to be calling from legitimate companies.
